I have been on holiday to Cyprus, Portugal and Spain. We went to Estepona in Spain last year for our summer holiday.
When I am on holiday I feel really, really happy. In Spain it was really sunny and hot. I played in the swimming pool and made sand castles on the beach. We went to the water park and a parrot sat on my shoulder. I also went to the mini disco every night where we would sing songs. There was a person that dressed up in a duck costume at the disco named Daisy.
I like when the sun shines because you can swim in the outdoor pool on holiday and make sand castles. If it was raining it would be hard to make a sand castle.
This year we are going on holiday to Spain or Italy.
Last year I went on holiday with my mom and dad plus another family which included my friend Molly who is also 5! We went to Portugal and stayed in apartments with a pool for 10 nights. The weather was beautiful and hot and sunny the whole time we were there. We got to go in the swimming pool all day long and sometimes the beach too. Because it was so warm we got to wear lots of nice summer clothes like swimming costumes, shorts, vests and at night times pretty party dresses. I loved playing in the pool but not when my dad said there was a shark in there.
The weather made us really happy and we got to eat all our food outside too-sometimes on our balcony and sometimes in restaurants with tables outside. Mommy and daddy made sure I wore sun tan lotion in the day to stop me burning. I also wore my sunglasses to protect my eyes.
This year we are hoping to go to Devon-I wonder if the weather will be as nice as Portugal?? We will have fun whatever the weather!
I went to Disneyland Paris, I enjoyed it the weather was very hot and sunny it made me feel happy. Also I like to see the stunt cars they where awesome and I loved it.
Last year I went to Cape Verde where the weather was sunny and warm. I made lots of new friends and would play with them in the swimming pool and I also went to kids club sometimes where we would make things and play together and have mini discos. I loved it and because the weather was warm I could do things outside like go on a boat trip and see the dolphins. This year I am going to Santorini. I hope the weather will be sunny so I can swim outside and go on a boat and the beach again.
It was sunny when we went to Woolacombe. We played on the beach all day, and had lots of picnics and ice creams. Alex loves it’s when it’s sunny because you can play outside all this time. This summer Alex is going on an aeroplane for the first time to Majorca. We hope it will be hot and sunny and Alex will spend lots of time cooling down in the swimming pool and playing in the sea.
I have been on holiday in Spain and Poland. We have also been to English and Welsh coast. The weather was great, hot and sunny. We spent a lot of time on the beach, building sandcastles and swimming in the sea. When the weather is nice you can play outside. We have not made holiday plans for this year yet but I’m hoping we will be going to Africa so I can see all the wild animals in their real environment.

We went on bouncy castles with Ollie (my second cousin) and played on the beach with him. I felt happy and warm.

last year i went to Pembrokeshire the weather was hot and sunny, my favourite bit of the holiday was go karting. next year we are going to plan another sunny holiday.
We go to Cornwall on our holidays. Most of the time it is sunny. I like to go in the sea and build dams. I like to build cars in the sand. I also enjoying having a picnic on the beach. Being on holiday makes me feel happy. If it is raining we go to the arcades or go to the indoor play centre which is lots of fun.

My cousins were there at the same time as us and we went swimming with them and had a barbecue. Another time my other cousins were just in Cornwall so went to meet them and played on the beach all day. I love going to the arcades and playing the games.
