We all acted out the story of the Little Red Hen, Haydn thought the Hen’s friends should of helped her, and that the Little Red Hen worked really hard. Haydn helped me to make bread once, we both loved the smell of the fresh bread baking.
Aimee said the others didn’t help the little red hen because they were having too much fun playing. The hen worked hard to make her bread so it wouldn’t be fair for the others to eat it because they didn’t help.
James enjoyed the Little Red Hen and agreed that the Hen shouldn’t share her bread. But felt mummy should share her bread even if she does all the work!
We are looking forward to acting this out when daddy gets home from work.
