When I asked Alice what she loved about mommy and what she enjoyed doing with me, she replied….’baking cakes, having kisses and munchy cuddles, going to the beach and the cinema to see Paddington Bear’ With Nanny and Grandad she enjoyed stopovers and styling Nannys hair, with other Nanny, going to MacDonalds and walks in the park and with her sister Emily, she enjoyed colouring rainbows. Daniel’s thoughts about what he loves about mummy:
When’s she does stuff for me
Her cooking – nice food!
Helps me brush my teeth
When we go swimming together
When I beat her at games
When she takes me on holiday
She looks after me when I’m poorly
We discussed all of the things that mothers,grandmothers and other family members do and I must say there was quite a list. From school runs, providing meals, playing at the park, reading books to name a few…
Aaliyah said she loves me so much because I am beautiful and treat her 🙂 All the superficial things!!
But it was still lovely to hear.
I asked Harvey what he loves about me and his reply was..”I love you because you give me big cuddles and because you help me with my diabetes.I love you because you cook me dinner!”
I love about my mummy:
– because she takes me on the train
– I love playing with her hair
– giving her lots of kisses and cuddles
– I love her cooking and doing baking with her
