    Phoebe found out that spiders have 8 legs, she also found out that a fear of spiders is called arachnophobia. She found the number 8 on a clock, hot chocolate tub, cars, on a calender and on a computer.

    Holly watched Charlottes Web a film about a spider. Spiders have 8 legs. Octopus also have 8 legs. And there is a number 8 in her house number. She has 8 fingers without her thumbs.

    Alex has been looking at lots of pictures of spiders and counting their legs. We’ve counted lots of packets of 8 in the shops and have spotted the number on buses and signs

      Great challenge work Indiya, it is really clever to count your jumps and claps and remember to stop when you get to number 8! I spotted the number 8 when I watched Numberblocks on CBeebies. 🙂
