I enjoy our new topic and I think this topic will be the best topic ever! I liked learning about place value in maths as Miss Miah explained it very well. I did NOT understand compound and complex sentences but I do now! A few nice worksheets later and BOOM I now understand them! Anyway back to our topic, Stargazers, I really enjoyed making our paper mache balloons and expecially enjoyed covering the balloons with paper and mix! I enjoyed painting the balloons best of all. I am looking forward to a fun year in year 5!

I really enjoyed it because after we made the oreos, we got to make them! My second favourite part of topic was when we put news paper all over the balloons and then painted them and our teachers would POP the balloons. What I also really liked is that Saturn (the one me and Ronika painted) is on display, it’s probably my favourite part of that Star gazers topic. I hope there is going to be more fun in year 5!

My favourite lesson this week was Science with Mrs Simmons because we used oreos to make the differnt moons. – New moon/Full mmon, waxing crescent, waxing half moon, waxing gibbous, Full moon, waning gibbous, half moon, waning crescent. This happens over 28 days, for all the moons to happen.
