Today lily-grace went ice skating which she really enjoys, we spoke about the effect skating had on her body especially her legs. Once home lily watched sing whilst cuddling Toby which she said made her sleepy, she looked very relaxed.
We have been swimming this weekend, and for lots of nice long walks in the sunshine. Hattie has also been spending lots of time on her new trampoline with her brother in the garden.
On Saturdays Riley plays football where he does lots of running around. We asked Riley if he could think of something to do that was relaxing and he said going to sleep. We decided reading books together was also relaxing.
Libby picked some flowers with her nan and also went on a bike ride.
Lee has been playing football and had a water fight.
We all went to the party in the park Saturday and had a great evening with friends 🙂
Sebastian went to his all stars cricket lesson on Friday and his swimming lesson on Saturday and played golf on Sunday.
I asked him how he relaxed at the weekend and he said he played monopoly!
