I think you’ve put AABB to show that dogs do things twice a lot
On the first verse on the first stanzer there are 5 beats but on the next line there are 7 beats. Therefore I think that the second stanzer Is longer because it would take long to puts the dogs suite on.
maybe it is cute because dogs are small and cute.
