We have been practising counting in 2s with Matilda this weekend and told her the story of noahs ark. We have looked at some of her different cuddly toys and counted their legs and worked out how many pairs of socks they would need. Matilda had a look at the school website and noticed first of all the picture of the playground. We watched the video on the homepage which she really enjoyed. She spotted Mrs Mackie and said that all of the children in the video looked really happy and like they were having lots of fun! We then looked at the foundation blog and she was very excited to see some photos of herself and her friends and enjoyed telling me what they had been doing in each photo!
We went to the Cotswolds Wildlife Park on Saturday for our Sunday School Outing….William got to see giraffes and penguins (and many more!) so we counted the pairs of legs on the animals.
