When I asked the children if they had been to a museum before lots of children had been, the most popular type of museum was one that contained dinosaurs. The children were very excited to share their experiences of seeing films at the museums and seeing moving ‘foam’ dinosaurs. The children also talked about the people that they went with, this was as important to the children as the contents of the museum.

We shared a lot of different ways we can share LOVE with other people. This means even showing kindness to people we don’t know very well. The children in Year 2 can give lots of examples of different charities that they have given money to.
