In maths we have been getting the data out of bar charts and line graphs. Line graphs are when it is a line that isn’t straight and it goes on, to mark where you get the data from. There usually is a dot that marks where you look to get the data from. A bar chart is where there is lines going up and numbers are going up in 1s 2s 5s or 10s etc. You look at where the top of the line is and you get a ruler and you put it straight against the paper and you see what number there is on the side and that is your answer.
We did an experiment with a ruler and found out that the further the ruler the louder it is.
