We watched a short video about Guy Fawkes. We learnt that Guy Fawkes didn’t like the King, so decided to blow up Parliament. The King found out and sentenced Guy Fawkes to death. To celebrate the foiled plot he celebrated by building a bonfire and burning a guy every 5th November.

We watched a short video about Guy Fawkes. We also went to watch Fireworks display on Saturday. We loved to be able to come to the Bonfire & Maths Workshop. Alexander made a colorful and sparkly ‘board game’ which we’ve had to play now CONSTANTLY 🙂
