  1. Adam Hoadley says:

Adam says he would ask if he could go out, put his wellies on, and then put his waterproof coat on and put the hood up. Adam says he likes to play splashing in puddles and mud. If he was stuck inside on a rainy day Adam would play camping under a quilt in the lounge or play skylanders or Lego or make something . Adam said when he’s in the car on a rainy day he would make a tune to the windscreen wipers sound or watch the raindrops racing down the window.

  2. Zachary says:

If it is a rainy day, I would like to stay in and play on my x box. Other activities I might do on a rainy day are making cakes with mummy, playing with my lego or playing snakes and ladders.

I like the rain because it helps trees to grow and trees help us breathe. I like going out in the rain and splashing in puddles. When I went to Dovedale with mummy and daddy, I ran through a massive puddle, where the river had overflowed. The water splashed all over me and went inside my wellies so I had soaking wet socks.

  3. Daniel Hillidge says:

Daniel says he doesn’t like the rain much because you can’t go out as much!
On a rainy day we could go for a walk with the dog and our umbrellas. Instructions:
Put on warm clothes and a coat.
Put on a scarf and hat and wellies.
Take a towel to wipe the slide down with so we can still play in the park.
    Grab our umbrella and go!

If we have to stay in, we would like to:
    Do some drawing
    Build some Lego
Play with Alfie and the pretend kitchen
    Play board games
    ☔️

  4. Aimee says:

On a rainy day I would put on my coat and my wellies, and I would go outside to splash in the big puddles. If I had to stay indoors on a rainy day I would do some painting of the rain. Yes I do like the rain because I like splashing in the puddles and catching the raindrops on my tongue.

  5. Borys says:

To do the activity I love doing when it rains you have to wear waterproof trousers and waterproof jacket. You also have to remember to put the wellies on.Then you have to look for the biggest puddle you can find and then you just…jump in.
When it rains and we have to stay at home we:
    •play together
    •play board games
    •play with lego
    •read books
    •paint and draw pictures
I like the rain because you can jump in/over the puddles. And also after rain comes out the sun 🙂

  6. Haydn says:

If it is a rainy day, I have to put on my big green coat, my avengers hat, and my minion wellingtons, I enjoy splashing in puddles. If it’s a rainy day and we stay in, Tyler and I play Wii U, we read together and Tyler reads to me his books, whilst I colour and draw.
I like the rain, but I don’t like windy days and thunder.

  7. Aaliyahs mummy says:

When it’s raining outside and we don’t won’t to go out we like to watch a movie with snacks. Aaliyah enjoys curling up on the sofa or in mummy and daddy’s bed with a snuggly blanket and lots of treats like cheese and crackers, popcorn & a hot chocolate.
Aaliyah doesn’t really like it when it’s raining especially if her hair is straight as the rain makes her hair curly!!
Aaliyah does like puddles, not too big or muddy as it gets too messy!! When it has stopped raining Aaliyah enjoys putting on her wellies, waterproof coat, hat and gloves and stepping in all of the puddles.

  8. Leweis says:

I Like splashing in the puddles with my willies on and having fun.

  10. Daniel Hillidge says:

You could also bake a cake!
    With these instructions:
Mix together eggs flour sugar and butter
    Warm up the oven
Spoon the mixture into a cake tin
Bake in the oven for 30minutes!
    Ta da it’s done!
