This school year i have had lots of challenges.I cope okay but sometimes its really easy or hard.I think challenge is good.In the next school year i think i might face some confusing challenges.
All the children in Year 1 agreed that challenge was a good thing as it helped you to achieve your goals and to improve with lots of things.Ted said ‘challenge pushes you on..’ The children said that they cope with challenge by keeping on trying with their work and that practice was important and leads to success.
We also talked about that when we face challenges we need to be resilient and keep on going when things get tough.
Thom said that this year he has been faced with challenge when attempting to solve new maths problems. Lexie said that riding her bike without stabilisers had presented her with a big challenge but with help and lots of effort she had achieved this goal. Oliver thought that in Year 2 everybody would be faced with the prospect of learning to join their writing!
We have had lots of challenges this year. The work in our lessons has been challenging and sometimes it feels like you want to give up. You can’t give up though, you have to work hard. Sometimes challenges are hard but then you feel good when you have done it!
Sometimes challenges come when we are on the playground and have an argument with our friends. Its hard to be nice to someone when they are being rude or mean. If you are a proper friend then the challenge is to be nice and not do the wrong thing.
Sometimes challenges are competitions and you win a prize!
Next year in Year 3 lots of things will be a challenge but it will be fun too!
From Year 2
in my next school year it might be a challenge because we will get harder work.Another challenge is year 4 are having a cricket festival and you will have to concentrate or you will get a bit embarresed if you miss the ball.
I had to face a challenge when I was learning to swim in year 3 and by the end I got it and now I can do brest stroke, back stroke, swim under water and dive Now I love swimming! =)
My challenge was to do my gymnastics show on the vault and on the floor.
My challenge next year will to achieve my next certificate, the silver badge and certificate.
There are a couple of challenges that I have had to do where I have been quite nervous.For instant A few weecks ago I took part in a big dance compotition in Blackpool and it was really scairy because there were over 2000 people watching and dancing.I am doing my dance show in three weacks and I have got to get all the steps right by then.(:
I had to face a challenge when I did my first shield in disco dancing. It was really hard because I had to do two dances! But after I was proud of myself!!!!!
i am going to have a challenge on saturday because i have 2 dance shows one at 12:30 and one at 3:30. At the 12 :30 show my mum ,dad , brother ,pa and his wife called mojo are coming.
I had to face a challenge when i was learning to do an areial witch is a no handed kartwheel but at first i coulden’t do it ,i kept practicing and then i finally did it and after i was so happy because i passed my gymnastics test.=)
In Alderbrook I want them to think I am a good person and a hard worker in class I want to make new friends and still keep the old from year 6 to year 7 though out Alderbrook.P.S Megan ward 6A.:)

A challange is good because when you complete it it fells so go to get past it.

From Year 2
When i was young i couldnt ride a bike i kept on falling over and crying but now i can ride it perfectly.
My challenge would be my test to secondary school.
My challenge was when i learnt how to play the violin and use fingers to make different sounds and notes.

when i went condover there were a load of challenges but i did them
Next year, when I am in year 6, I think my challenge will be passing my SATs tests…
My challenge in year six will be SATs
my challenge is to be brave and help my parents round the house and be more good at home and help my brother at football.
In maths we did fractions and I found it really hard but Jessica who sits next to me helped me and know I am really confident at fractions.
I have faced many difficult challenges including dealing with fire andv jumping from heights. It is fun once you have concered your fear!
