Mrs Ridler and Max really enjoyed the visit to the zoo. Although it was cold, it was a dry day and we were able to see many of the animals outside. Mrs Ridler enjoyed walking through the elephant creek and seeing the baby elephant. Max enjoyed seeing the penguins and stroking the animals in the education centre.

I had a great time at Twycross Zoo on Tuesday, the best part was stroking the snake in the classroom. My favourite animals were the Penguins, I liked watching them swim. I would love to be a zookeeper because I could feed the animals and look after them everyday.
My favourite part of the day was when we went into the classroom and we saw a snake a rabbit and a cockroach. My favourite animals was the gorilla . I learnt that bats use noise to avoid objects. No I wouldnt like to be a zookeepr there s a lot of messy jobs.
Oliver said he would NOT like to be a zookeeper because he would rather be a footballer. Oliver liked the trip to Twycross and he most enjoyed watching the Penguins being fed fish and walking. Oliver learnt a new name for an animal he thinks it was called a dicdic.
Jacob does not want to be a zookeeper either because he too would like to be a footballer. Jacob really liked the Gorillas he was amazed at the size of the big Gorilla. Jacob felt he learnt a lot about the different types of animals.
My favourite part of the day was stroking the animals. I think I might like to be a zookeeper when I’m older and look after all the animals in the zoo.
I enjoyed my day at the zoo and my favourite was the penguin parade. I learned that the penguins eat fish. I also saw the baby spider monkey and its mum was hugging it.
