    I want to do better writing in school. At home I want to stop arguing with my sister. To achieve my goals I need to practice a lot. Mummy and daddy will help me and the teacher at school.

    At school I would like to get better at reading and writing and at home, I would like to learn to ride my bike without stabilisers. To achieve these goals I will need help from the teachers at school and my family at home.

    This year Oliver would like to move up to the next level of reading at school and Jacob would like to make his writing neater and quicker. Oliver said he will achieve this by reading every night to whoever will listen. Jacob will do some writing everyday with Mummy.

    At home Oliver and Jacob would like to both be able to swim a full length of the adult pool with Nana and Grandad. Their second goal is to achieve their first belt at karate. Again they have both said this will mean lots of practise after school and at weekends. It’s going to be a busy year.

    At school, I would like to learn more about numbers. Everyday when we get back home, I always practice my numbers first so I know how to order numbers. I also want to learn flipping over in my gymnastics class. I know how to do a forward role but I need to practice more flipping over. Moreover, I want to know how to write more. At home, I want to try harder to eat all my vegetables and greens. My teachers and Mummy will hep me achieve my goals.

    At school I would like to practice my handwriting and reading and at home I want to improve tidying up my toys. I would also like to get better at swimming.

    At home I want to start eating more healthily. I have already started tasting lots of new food to see if I like it. I would also like to earn my Bronze Award at Beavers. For this I will need to complete all my challenge badges. I’m halfway through now so I will need to work really hard discovering, learning and trying out new things. At school I need to get better at writing as it’s not my favourite thing to do so I will need to practise a little each day at home and at school. I also need to get better at listening to everyone’s especially Mrs. Parker. I need to look at her and not turn around!!

    Jacob would like to do better at learning – especially phonics. Jacob would like to get better at riding his bike. To achieve this Jacob says he needs to do more writing the letters and putting into sentences, and practicing on his bike more. With the help of Mrs Parker and my family I can do this!

    In school Joel really wants to improve on his writing by doing extra practise at home and he’d like to move up a stage in reading. With hard work and support from teachers, mommy and daddy Joel is confident he will improve.

    At home Joel’s goal is to get his first belt at karate, lots of practise and guidance from his karate teacher will help him to achieve this.

    at school I would like to carry on improving with my reading and writing and also I would like to become more confident .
    At home I want to learn to ride my bike without stabilisers , also at swimmimg I want to get better at front crawl .

    Darcy would like to get better at reading & writing at school. She will do this by practicing and working hard at school and with the help of teachers and family. She really wants to be able to swim under water and she is going to practice at the swimming pool with mommy and in the bath!

    I would like this year to be better at learning my words. Me and mummy have made a word diary and I am trying everyday to learn new words to read. I will try harder with my reading and writing too. My mummy and teachers will help me. At home I want to be able to do more swimming and swim without my arm bands. Mummy and daddy will help me become a brilliant swimmer. George W

    I want to improve my handwriting and my favorite thing to do is tidying up. I am going to get better at getting all of my stamps from being on diamond and I will always try my best to get better at doing my jobs that I need to do at school.
