    There are many houses that were built in Birmingham that are still lived in today with exactly the same layouts but the rooms have changed slightly.

    Front Parlour – Second Living room or dining room
    Kitchen – Living room
    Scullery – Kitchen
    Coal Hole – Downstairs loo

    Upstairs were modernised to have more bedrooms and a small bathroom.
