I think that it is very interesting that Enid Blyton is so popular. I used to enjoy her books about 60 years ago. I particularly remember “Five go to Smugglers’ Top” and “The Castle of Adventure”. Do you think that J K Rowling will still be popular in 60 years time?
My favourite author is Enid Blyton because my mummy has lots of books written by her and she has given them to me. I have read Enid Blytons book of fairies, The naughtiest girl is a monitor and Amelia Jane Again. My daddy also has Enid Blyton books, he liked Famous Five and The Secret Seven. He said he will find them in the roof for me to read.
My favourite author is Liz Pichon because I have all of the Tom Gates books. I like them because they are funny and they have lots of silly pictures in. My favourite book is Genius Ideas because Tom has very good ideas and his family do lots of silly things.
