Year one went to Saint John’s Museum. We all went on a coach. The first thing I did was going up to the very top of the museum and we got to play with the toys. The second thing I did was going to the laundry room and we all met Charlotte who showed us how to do the washing. We got to do some activities like grating the soap. The third thing I did was go into the dress room where we had to find some dresses and purses from the past.
I had a really good time at the museum. I wish I could go there again.

My favourite part of our school trip to St. John’s House Museum was dressing up like guards. This was my favourite part because I got to dress up as the guard I wanted to be. I enjoyed exploring the museum with my group. The action man was the toy I liked the most because he was very smart. Because it was girly I disliked the doll.
This was the best trip I have ever had and I am looking forward to going on another fun trip.

We went to St Johns Toy museum in Warwick. My favourite part was when we we were in the lounge and we found out how hard it was to wash up in the past!
I really enjoyed my trip to the toy mute sue and my favourite toy from the past was the spinning top.
I would like to go there again one day maybe with my family!
I liked the museum. My favourite part was when we looked at the old classroom. If you were naughty they hit you with a stick which was called a cane! We also tried something to keep our backs straight. I want to go again.
I loved the trip at the toy museum. It was so brilliant and it was so much fun! I loved going on the mangul!

On Wednesday we went to St John’s toy museum in Warwick. When we got there we went straight upstairs to play with the toys. My favourite was playing with the puppets. We then went to the laundry and learnt how they did the washing in the olden times. I really enjoyed my trip out and can’t wait for our next fun trip.
I went to St John’s toy museum , we went to the laundry and saw how they washed clothes in the past. Then we went to the dressing room , I dressed up as a solider that was fun ! I then got to play with the toys it was excellent. I really enjoyed my school trip
First we went on the coach, then we went to look at the old clothes what they needed to wear in the past. Then we went upstairs to play with the toys, then we had some lunch. Next we went in to the laundry to learn how to wash up in the past.
I loved the museum, it was the best museum I ever went too. It was great on the coach, we had lots of fun. We went upstairs and I sat next to Daisy Woodman. When we got there, I go to see the laundry and we saw a dolly stick and learn’t how they washed their clothes in the olden days. We had a look at some old toys, then finally we had lunch and I had a cheese sandwich and then we went out to play and we got back on the coach and returned to school. The end. Poppy Lyons x

The funniest part of the trip was when the lady in the kitchen showed us how to do the washing and she told me she did not know what a real washing machine was. I asked her if she knew what a fridge was and she said no so I had to tell her what it was and what we use it for.
I liked going on the coach this was fun too and I also enjoyed the day alot because my mummy helped out. xxxx
