In Year 4, most of us thought that the cavemen had healthier lives as they could only eat what was provided by their surroundings and they had to do lots of walking, running, cutting and hard labour for every part of their lives.
Archie- they didn’t have sweets and chocolate
Ellis- they had to do so much energetic work
Edward- they couldn’t dial UBER EATS

However, some children thought that we were extremely lucky because we have so much choice. We can pick all manner of fruits and vegetables to eat. We can access these easily and we have so many opportunities to do sports and active exercises.

Libby- we can do keep fit
    Poppy-Mai- we can swim
    Jenson- we can jog

We talked about increasing our daily exercise and choose a balanced diet to help keep us fit.
