    Here are some F2 responses and comments on the the assembly relating to rules.

    Winnie-We have rules so you don’t hurt someone
    Conor- We have rules in a game so it can be fair. Rules keep us looking after each other and keep us safe.
    Koben- I think I like to rule that we have at school. The rule is to be kind to people.

    Aiden – If we don’t have rules we won’t know what to do
    Imogen W – We will just do whatever we want
    Lukas – If we don’t follow the rules we will just do what we want to do

    Favourite school rule:
    Sofia – Walking down the corridor quietly
    Gracie – Don’t talk when the teacher is talking
    Molly B – People need to be kind to each other

    Least Favourite School Rule:
    Flossie – Only 15 minutes of playtime

    Charlie – Only do work for 10 minutes
    Imogen A – Always be kind to others

    What it you could have just one rule at home what would it be?
    Flossie – To keep clean
    Aiden – To help our parents
    Aryan – Tidy up my room my whole life

    Year 1 said that we have rules to keep us safe.
    Our favourite school rules are
    -being kind to others (Maddie)
    -Showing respect to others (Chloe)
    -Good listening (Kyton)
    -Being helpful (Elsie)

    Our least favourite school rule is
    -Short playtime (Jake)
    -Wearing a school uniform (Matilda)

    The superheroes rule is being kind to everyone. Orla said that the aim of all superheroes is to help others. Orla said that she likes helping others.
    We talked alot about treating others in the same way that we want to be treated. All the children agreed that this was a very important rule. In year 1 we all try to be kind and treat everyone with respect.

    Jack – Not being able to go to the toilet whenever.
    Ethan – Tidying chairs at the end of the day, it’s too much effort.

    Dylan – That we can’t bring in toys from home.
