Neil – getting things done and getting it right

How are you successful at school?
James – if there is a really hard challenge and I completed it and got it right, I feel successful
Keeyen – helping others when they can’t do it
Riley – choosing a three star challenge in Maths
Ellis – I don’t think you always have to get everything right in order to be successful
How would you like to be successful in the future?
Ellis – I would like to be a footballer
Lexi – I would like to have a job I really want for example like an architect

Ellis – yes because if you don’t give up then you have succeeded. You don’t always have to get everything right in order to succeed.
What is the biggest reward of all?
The YESSSSS feeling of being able to do something
Riley – when you achieve all of your goals, you want to have people there to celebrate with you too. Being kind is the most important thing.
Year 1 found the assembly interesting and enjoyed looking at the diagrams and pictures to show success.
