We had a lovely talk about Christmas and everyone in year 1 had a lovely time.
Reggie told us he was happy because he had a wrestling ring. Chloe had her own dressing table so she could put on her make up. Esme was so lucky as she went to Lapland. Daniel had a new bunk bed and he is sleeping on the top. Brooke had an ipad and was very happy. Alex told us all about his trampoline. Rosie had a lovely time at Lapland UK.
Alex, Morwenna, Daniel, Kyton, Thomas and Mason had a party to celebrate the new Year. Lots of children stayed up late. Brooke and Maddie told us they watched Big Ben at midnight and enjoyed watching the fireworks.
We talked about making resolutions and the year being a new start. We liked it when Miss Mason said ‘all things are possible…’ Jake told us his resolution is to eat healthy food. Rosie wants to stay fit and healthy by exercising. She is going to learn to ride her bike to help her. Kyton is going to get fit and exercise so he can run really fast. Charlie said he wants to get better at writing. Reggie said that he is going to learn to swim. Elsie wants to learn to ice skate without holding on!
We think getting fit and eating healthily is the most popular resolution.
We think that our biggest challenge will be not giving up but being determined to succeed.
