Aaliyah – It isn’t ok as it will make you feel bad.
Ross – It’s not ok as there will be no consequences and you won’t learn your lesson.
Zach – It’s not ok as if you do not face consequences it may make you think that you are in control and you may never realise you are doing wrong.

Does doing good things make you happy?

Year 6 think that it definitely makes you happy as you are helping to make others happy too.

Will shared his food with his sister at the weekend.
    Archie washed his brothers car.

No because you are still doing something bad. It doesn’t matter if you get caught or not. You should always try to do the right thing.

What other reasons are there for doing good things?
It will make people feel good and grateful. It will also make people feel happy as you would be doing something helpful for them.

Does doing good things make you happy?
Yes! Everyone in Year 5 enjoys making other people happy by doing good things.

How do you know what is right and wrong?
If you do something and it makes someone smile, you would know that you have done something good.
If it feels right, you should do it. You would get a bad feeling if you were doing something bad.
Parents and teachers at school can help you understand what is right and wrong as you get older.
