Ross and Haydn walked home together today and we looked at the different coloured leaves on the trees and felt the texture of the fallen leaves. Ross thought it was funny when an acorn landed on his brothers head!
My brother has enjoyed starting F1. Today Haydn, Leo, Toby, Barnaby, Thomas, Joesph and myself found some more leaves, twigs, and acorn’s, to add to the ones he had already found with Ross, we all had lots of fun.

That sounds like an exciting Autumn walk! What did the leaves feel like?
Some were crunchy and dry, others were softer. The crunchy ones were brown and the softer ones still had green on them.
You explored the leaves very carefully, super!

Fantastic, did you have a favourite leaf colour? Which kinds of trees did the leaves come from?
Haydn liked the green leaves, I liked the brown. We collected leaves and acorns from the oak trees and conkers from the horse chestnut tree.
Ashwin,Myself and our mummy were busy picking leaves and twigs to make Ashwin’s beautiful leaf picture.
He was very proud of his collage, thank you for helping him!
