Hello Mrs Arnold, Mrs Bird and Mrs Laishley
Thank you for the video I thought it was really nice, Lily- Mae told me about it and she liked it to.
I really miss school and hope we can all come back very soon.
I have been doing a lot of work such as: Learning my spellings, doing some blogs, making a scrap book about all this, making some crafts, doing some maths and a lot more.
I have been keeping up with my Mymaths and have even redone some of them.
I have also been doing a lot of baking me and my mum have made some savory flap jacks we did cheese and onion (which I didn’t like!) we did some more and my favourite were the chocolate ones we used cooking chocolate, porridge oats, syrup, raisins and pumpkin seeds.
We also have been making some cakes, on Ve day we had some afternoon tea we put it on a stand and we had sandwiches, mini Victoria sponge, carrot cake, lemon cake and some more cakes, it was very tasty!!!
I really miss school and hope to see you all soon and I will do this work on the blog.
    see you soon. Megan xxx

      Hi Megan,

Sounds like you have been a very busy bee! I’m so pleased you liked the video, we enjoyed making it. Making a scrap book at this time is a great idea, it’s definitely something you will want to remember and tell your children about. Baking sound lovely, I’ve never had a savoury flapjack before. The chocolate ones sound yummy!

Your VE day celebrations sound brilliant, I bet you all enjoyed all that cake!

      Thank you for sharing,

      Mrs Arnold

Hi Megan. You have been so busy. You work as hard at home as you do at school. I love baking too and I’d be interested to try a savoury flap jack. Your VE Day cakes sound delicious and my mouth is watering. It was such a special day to celebrate and we were so lucky to be able to sit outside on a beautiful sunny day. I’m glad you liked our video and the Year 4 one made me smile so much. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we are back at school. Thank you for all your hard work.
