The lady didn’t answer the door so I left it on her doorstep. Later I got this lovely letter:
Thank you very much for the lovely card and plant it certainly did make my day. What a surprise! Sorry I missed you but I was in the kitchen and I can’t hear very well. Did you make the pot and card yourselves, it’s very pretty. I hope to see you soon when we are allowed to go out and mix with people. Love Shelia
