Well done Ava, this is fab! I love the fact that you have chosen somewhere different and St Ives is lovely! You could have a nice cup of tea on the balcony. If you had the money, you could buy it as a holiday home and rent it out when you weren’t using it. It would be much more affordable then. People pay a lot to go to St Ives in the school holidays!
