In my garden I have found lots of snails and wiggly worms. I don’t like the noise of the bumble bees. I found a ladybird in the bush but it flew off.

I have found lots of bumble bees in our garden. I found a pretty ladybird , it had 6 spots 3 on one side 3 on the other.
I saw a worm while planting seeds.
I held a tiny baby spider. I don’t like spiders.

      Hi Holly,

I am very impressed with all the creatures you have found – ladybirds are pretty aren’t they. Well done for being brave and holding a spider 🙂

In our ”garden terrace” I saw few bees,a bumblebee, and a tiny wasp and a very tiny spider. I wish to see lots of butterflies ,ladybirds and other mini creatures…..

Over the last week we have been on a bug hunt around the garden. So far we have found, lots of big bumblebee’s, woodlice hiding under the rockery, a beautiful butterfly and a slimy snail who tried to escape from our bug pot. My sister Rosie found a centipede which had lots of legs which we could see through our bug finder. Mummy brought me some bug books so I can now learn all about them. I love bug hunting, although I am still scared of wasps.

      Hi Hollie,

I am very impressed with your bug hunt – it sounds great! I’m sure you will learn lots when you read your bug books 🙂
