Molly B has had great fun this weekend. She went swimming this morning and swam without any help for the first time.
Yesterday she took part in archery, football and bowling at the church fete.
This weekend Pippa did lots of fun things that were healthy to keep her fit. She rode her bike to the park, she went swimming and danced in the lounge to mamma mia. To stay relaxed she did some stetches and helped Daddy with a jigsaw.
Luke went for a bike ride to his local park where he met a friend from school who he played with on the climbing frame and raced. He also went for a hair cut where he relaxed in a big chair. He then played on his slide and trampoline and had a barbecue that Daddy made.
Sofia did lots of healthy activities at the weekend. Her sporty activities included swimming, ballet, running around at the playground, riding a balance bike and doing lots of cartwheels and handstands. For her relaxing activities we found some yoga videos for children which Sofia enjoyed doing and we read some stories together.
This weekend Neave has been Irish dancing, something that definitely keeps her active.
She practises every Saturday (and Monday evening) and thoroughly enjoys this.
To promote well being we have been playing in the garden with our new paddling pool and we relaxed on Sunday with a bbq at nanny’s house where she also has played with play dough, painted and drew pictures for her dancing teachers 🙂
This weekend Emma has enjoyed playing in the park, practising bean bag racing and bike riding. All very sporty. We also done yoga together, stretching and breathing which was relaxing.

Today I went swimming with my mommy and daddy. This is healthy as it’s a form of exercise.
