    Dear Miss Mason,
We chatted about our worries in F2. Some of us are worried about spiders, ghosts coming into our house, monsters, at night time I worry if things I make come alive, that my curtains will tangle me up, sometimes I’m worried about clicking on things on the Internet, bees and wasps coming through the window into my bedroom and going down a very high and steep slide.
If we get worried we know we can talk to mummy, daddy, policeman, our pets, friends, postman, firefighters and grandmas and grandpas.
Thank you for letting us share things together!

Thank you for the Powerpoint I talked through it with my Mummy. It’s good to talk about things that we are worried about. I liked thinking about my 5 senses and the things I like. When I feel angry or worried I try to breathe slowly to be calm.

Thank you for your comment Pippa.

You are right talking about things that you are worried about is really important.

I thought thinking about your five senses was good too and I try to take a deep breath to keep myself calm.

Today Foundation 2 talked about who we speak to if we feel worried. We also talked about Coronavirus, what a vaccine is and how we keep safe. All the children were very good at showing us how to wash their hands and we sang our ‘handwashing song’ altogether!
