My grandad is a baker. He has to get up at 2 o’clock in the morning to prepare the bread and cakes. He used to make currant buns by hand but now most bread and cakes are made by machines and all he has to do is to put them in an oven.

They were very yummy! We also asked the bakers what time they have to arrive each morning to start baking, they told us they have to be there for 1am.
