Hattie was really interested in looking at the Rospa website and the dangers that can occur when in and around the water, I thought this challenge was really good timing due to the fact that Hattie and her brother have barely been out of their paddling pool on this scorching hot weekend plus it encouraged lots of conversations around staying safe whilst also having fun in the water.
We enjoyed the maths homework and Hattie couldn’t believe the size of the whale, which would take up most of our garden and would definitely not fit in our paddling pool! She loves using the measuring tape so it was great for us to see things to scale.
