    Oliver said that if he saw someone on their own he would go over and ask if he could play with them, because that would be friendly and kind. He likes his friends to be “cool” and kind to him. If he sees that someone is upset he asks “are you ok”? This is being kind to your friends.

    If someone is alone or upset I would ask if they would like to play with me.
    I think it’s important to share and be kind to my friends.
    I smile when I see my friends, as they make me happy.
    My friends comfort me if I am upset, this is a very kind thing to do.

    You can show that you are a good friend to others by caring for them. Friendship is important because it’s great to have somebody to have fun with. If somebody was alone at break or lunchtime then it would be nice to go over and ask if they want to play.

    If someone is feeling sad I’ll look after them, and if they’ve fallen over and had cut themselves I would look after them. That would be good for a friend to do. A good friend cheers me up when I’m sad, or helps me if I fall over and cut my knee. If I saw someone alone at lunchtime I would play with them.

    Friends are important to me because I play with them everyday and when I am sad they comfort me.
    A good friend is someone who never gives up on me and is always kind to me.
    If I saw someone alone at lunch time I would ask them if they want to play with me. I dont want anybody to ever feel alone.

    I will help my friends if they are sad or lonely and if they have hurt themselves. I would also help someone if they haven’t got anyone to play with, I would say to come and play with me. ❤️

    Ellis as told me he would go over and invite them to come and play along with everyone else. He said he doesn’t like people being lonely and would always ask for them to come and play with himself and others .

    Alice said that being kind and caring makes a good friend. Alice would play with them and make sure she is being kind. If Alice saw someone alone she would go over to them and ask if they wanted to play with her. Friendship is important because if nobody was friends the world would be a very unhappy place to live. Alice now understands what friendship is and how to be a good friend to others.

    Friends have come to see if I am lonely and want to play. It makes me feel happy when I was feeling sad. I would do the same for my friends so they don’t feel sad.

    Connor says to be a good friend I would share my toys, play games with them hug them if they were crying. I would also look after them if they hurt themselves. I’d make things with them too.
