    5 star jumps
    30 seconds running on the spot
    5 press ups
    1 minute stretches

    Pippa’s strong and fit routine

    5 star jumps
    10 squats
    running on the spot for 6 seconds
    side steps for 16 seconds
    1 cartwheel – do your best
    1 forward roll
    skipping knees as high as you can for 20 seconds
    cool down.

    I liked looking at the dirty pulp from our recycling paper. It was amazing how quickly news papers are printed. 20 newspapers in 1 second. I likes how the truck worked when it tipped the recycling bin upside down. It was amazing to see how much recycling rubbish can fit into 1 truck.

    I didn’t liker when Maddie stood in the silver pulp in her shoes.
