I really enjoyed the story ‘A Crocodile for Billy’ especially the part when Billy wrote down how much money he had a week.
Mummy, Daddy and all of my Nannies and Grandad’s give me money when I have been good. I put it in my Pirate money box to keep it safe.
I like to save my money and at the moment I am saving to buy a jigsaw puzzle.

Yes I enjoyed the story.. I like that Billy got one crocodile at last because he wished for a crocodile. It was hard for billy to save, because he wanted ice cream from the park and a racing car. Mummy and Daddy give me money. I put my money in my money box and some money in my bank. I like to spend pocket money on sweets and toys, but save my birthday money and Mummy puts it in my bank. I want to save up to buy some teddies.

Libby likes the story because he buys lots of things then saves up for a crocodile. It was hard for Billy as he was tempted to buy other things. My mom and dad give me money it goes in a bank and a piggy box. I spend it on sweets, stationary and hatchimqls

Yes I enjoyed the story. It was about Billy who got a racing car, an ice cream and a crocodile. It was hard for Billy because he kept spending it. Sometimes my Nanny gives me pocket money. I keep my money in my piggy bank. I like to spend it but I’d also like to save up for a skateboard.

  5. Matthew Russell says:

I like to save my money in my piggy bank. There are loads of different crocodiles and also alligators and there are loads of different pennies like 1p, 50p and £1.
Billy found it hard to save because he had an ice-cream and he forgot to buy the crocodile and instead he bought a racing car.

  6. Matilda says:

I enjoyed the story, I liked that he bought a car instead of the crocodile because the car distracted him, he couldn’t buy the crocodile because he kept getting distracted by other things. My daddy gives me £5 pocket money on a Friday. I spend it all but once I saved it. I put my pocket money in my purse then give it to mommy to look after. Mommy and Daddy save money for when I’m grown up. K want to save up for a huge pack of hatchimals.

Jenson enjoyed the story with the crocodile, Jenson said there wasn’t enough money to buy the crocodile. Jenson is saving money for a Nintendo DS and Hiccup bits and bobs? Jenson and Imy were filling their money boxes this morning and sharing coins.

I liked the story about the crocodile. My Mummy gives me money and I keep it in a mini box. I’d like to buy a Nintendo Switch.

  9. Charlie Thomas says:

Billy was too desperate for the ice cream and race car and it took him a long time to save for his crocodile. I am going to start to do jobs for my mummy and daddy so I can get pocket money and save for a new toy.
