I have enjoyed the topic paws, claws and whiskers the most in Year 1. I am looking forward to going on a different school trip in Year 2. I would tell F2 that being in Year 1 is fun with Mrs Parker and that you learn lots.

I liked year one Mrs Parker is a great teacher I enjoyed maths, solving different number problems.
I enjoyed science sessions with Mrs Brook learning about the weather and flowers.
Learning in year 1 is different to foundation but it’s really interesting you learn a lot about the world around us.
I’m looking forward to moving to the new class for year 2 learning lots more about different things.
I really enjoyed the visit to west midlands Safari park. I am looking forward to going to year 2 and trying new things.

Riley said he has enjoyed doing his homework every day while in year 1, he said he is looking forward to learning his 4 x table in year 2.
He would tell the F2 children coming into year 1 that it will be VERY fun!
Ava said she has enjoyed doing maths and mindful colouring. She is looking forward to doing more maths in year 2! She would tell the children in F2 not to be scared and to just ask for help if they need it!
My best part was the teachers because they were so nice. Our topics were memory box, paws claws & whiskers and dinosaur planet. I liked paws claws & whiskers the best, and then dinosaur planet, and then memory box. Don’t be scared because the teachers are there to help you! Mrs Parker, Mrs Brookes and Mrs Brook will be looking forward to teaching you everything that we do in year one. I am looking forward to doing topic work in Year 2.
In year one I enjoyed the most, Art and Maths. Also the teachers because they are very very very nice. My favourite topic was paws, claws and whiskers. I am looking forward to playing on the big playground and science. I would tell F2 children that it takes a while to settle in but eventually it’s really really really fun. It’s nice when you get to have the teddy bear picnic. I hope F2 have a good time in year 1.

I enjoyed St James church. I will miss my teachers. My brother noorul who is in F2 will be in year 1 this year. F2 will really enjoy year 1.
